Return Policy
The customer shall have a 30 calendar days guarantee on the product bought, provided however that the product shows manufacturing flaws or the product received was not the product requested.
To request a change or a refund, the customer shall send, within those 30 (thirty) calendars days as of the date the product was received, an e-mail to
cacayaldeoriente@gmail.com using the word “CHANGE” on the subject of the email in question. The body of the email shall include purchase and contact data, reasons why such change or refund is being requested and the customer must attach the respective scanned invoice.
Only products bought directly through www.loricay.com shall be acceptable for changes or refunds.
Once your change or refund request is received, Cacayal de Oriente SAS will send their response via e-mail within a maximum 5 (five) business days.
Should your request be approved in accordance with Cacayal de Oriente SAS’s policies, terms, and conditions, you have a maximum time of 5 (five) business days to send the following information to Cacayal de Oriente SAS:
- Original invoice
- Product to be changed or refunded in its original packaging and in perfect
conditions.
Total shipping costs shall be borne by the buyer and such costs are not subject to refund from Cacayal de Oriente SAS.
Please be advised that if the product has been used, it’s in poor conditions, damaged or shipped without its original packaging, Cacayal de Oriente SAS shall not accept any changes nor refunds.
All products pertaining to the same purchase ordered that the customer wishes to return, shall be included in the same request form. In the event the above is not met, and the customer requests a second return request for the same product, Cacayal de Oriente SAS reserves its right to accept or deny such second request.
Cacayal de Oriente SAS shall make changes or refunds in the following 8 (eight) business days as of the time the product sent out by the customer is received and the former meets the requirements herein stated.
Right to Withdrawal Policy
The customer has up to five (5) business days to withdrawal from the purchase, following the delivery date of his/her purchase (art. 47 of Law 2011).
To exercise the right to withdrawal the customer must send an e-mail to cacayaldeorignte@gmail.com by writing the word WITHDRAWAL in the subject of the e-mail. The body of the mail shall include purchase and contact data, formally requesting the refund, expressing that the product has not been used and that it is in perfect conditions.
Once Cacayal de Oriente SAS receives the formal refund request from the customer, it will send an e-mail to the customer within the following 5 (five) business days, with the approval number so the customer may continue with the refund request.
Once the client receives the approval refund number from Cacayal de Oriente SAS, the customer shall proceed to shipping the product to the company’s premises; cost thereof shall be entirely borne by the customer.
The product must arrive to Cacayal de Oriente SAS in its original packaging and in perfect conditions and must not have been used. If the product is not under the conditions stated above, the approval process will not be granted, and the customer will be informed via e-mail. Should the customer request the return of the product, shipping costs thereof shall be borne by the customer.
If the product to be refunded was paid with credit or with debit card via the WOMPI platform, the money will be reimbursed through this same means. If payment was made through a different means, the full amount effectively paid will be reimbursed to the account requested by the customer via a wire transfer. The refund will be carried out within the following 30 (thirty) calendar days, after Cacayal de Oriente SAS has received the returned products at its premises and once it informs that the same are in the same condition as delivered to the customer, and that the right to withdrawal was exercised within the term stated under the Terms and Conditions and the law and as a result such right to withdrawal is accepted.
